What if the cost of my registration exceeds the $500 amount covered?

You can purchase additional coverage. Blocks are available in $500 increments for $10.00 per increment. There is no limit to the amount you can cover.

Why can’t I get a refund for the full amount I paid for my airline tickets?

Your ticket maintains full value for one year and can be used again with that airline provided you pay the change fee. If we provided reimbursement of the total amount, you would be receiving reimbursement twice, once from us and the second time when you re-used the ticket.

How long will the claims process take?

If you submit all requested receipts with your request; the process will take less than thirty (30) days to complete.

Is there a deadline for the purchase of this product?

Yes, you must purchase this product no more than 24 hours after the time/date of registration. This will be verified should you have a claim.

If my employer pays for my registration, who will receive the reimbursement?

During the claims process, we will verify the payee and reimburse them accordingly.
